Li Li advises and acts for private individuals, financial institutions and private companies in both local and cross border transactions. She also advises investors on the establishment of joint ventures and strategic alliances, sale and purchase of shares and assets and the restructuring of companies and businesses, including the conduct of due diligence and drafting of legal documentation.

As part of her corporate practice, Li Li has advised non-profit organisations and charities in their establishment and governance and assisted in the drafting of their constitutions. Li Li’s practice further includes advising on branding and management agreements, licence and franchise agreements and distribution agreements.
