Effective and efficient –
these are the hallmark qualities of the litigation practice
group of the firm, the largest division in the firm.
With its wealth of experience in handling a broad and
diverse spectrum of cases, and in particular complex
civil and commercial disputes, the practice group holds
its own against similar practice groups of the largest
firms. The standing it has achieved is due in no small
measure to the ethos of servicing clients effectively
and efficiently. Given the fast-paced and complex nature
of the world today, it is acutely aware that clients
seek what is both strategic and practical. We take pride
in achieving this for clients without compromising quality
of work, and, above all, professionalism.
Various members of the litigation practice group have
achieved recognition or have been appointed to positions
of eminence in their respective fields of work. Amongst
them, are:-
- a Senior Counsel
- a founder member of the International Insolvency
Institute in New York
- partners selected for particular mention in The
International Who’s Who of Insolvency &
Restructuring Lawyers, The International Who’s
Who of Business Lawyers, the International Who’s
Who of Professionals, Chambers Asia and Euromoney
magazine.
