We represent and advise liquidators, judicial managers, receivers, managers and creditors on a broad range of insolvency-related matters such as restructuring, litigation disputes and directors’ liabilities. Our clients include a large number of liquidators, judicial managers, receivers and managers from the major accounting firms. We also act directly for creditors and directors of insolvent companies.

Partners of the firm are very active in international and local insolvency associations. Our partners are members of INSOL International and also Fellows of the Insolvency Practitioners’ Association of Singapore (“IPAS”). Ramesh Kannan is a sitting member of INSOL International’s membership committee. He also sits on IPAS’s Board of Directors. Eddee Ng is a member of the IPAS Ethics Committee.

Banking Litigation
The Banking Litigation Department enjoys excellent relationships with a number of international and local banks. It handles a wide variety of bank-customer disputes, employee disputes and even disputes inter-bank. The firm has also recently acted in number of private banking disputes.

We also handle debt recovery work and have an experienced team of lawyers and support staff who deal with such claims from the issuance of the Writ through to execution proceedings.
